I can twist both my feet through 180 degrees simultaneously
so they are facing backwards, and then promptly fall over. One of the
most useful skills I have as I am sure you can imagine.

2 reasons, this is a great charity and having done some,
shall we say, slightly less active forms of fund raising for them in the past I
thought it was high time to do something that involved a
little more than just standing around. Second
reason is a vain
attempt to get fit.
And I was told I would get a sticker
if I did it…..
